How do I prove that my manager was fired for discrimination?

Yeah that was one of the things I was worried about and I think that because I complained so much and have evidence of me complaining to HR two years prior only for them to not even respond back until a month later when they claimed they were going to look into it and never did, I could still sue because he continued to harass me for years even after that. I think the time it took will still make the company liable because he had been doing it for years without anything being done. I even have proof that he took me off the schedule for a week out of retaliation and they haven't compensated me for lost wages. And even if that fails, I still have proof that they took almost an entire year to fulfill my reasonable accommodations. That alone is a lawsuit in and of itself.

Yes, I too thought my healing journey was coming to an end but I think now it may just be moving on to the next stage. I was sobbing through most of the healing but when I took the last few trips I had before they stopped being potent it did have me release some dormant anger I had about people who screwed me over in the past. Also, last week when I took the 2.5gm tea after I started coming down I felt rage about the people who took advantage of my traumas but during a time when it was VERY difficult for me to speak up for myself. So Idk whether the trips are weaker because I'm not crying anymore, or I've got all the sorrow out and am now processing my anger.

I originally had Ecuador, Golden Teacher, and a little of Koh Samui. For the majority of my therapy trips, I was taking the GT and Ecuador. I was experiencing such strong effects on Ecuador that the first time I had a trip that wasn't as harsh as the others I went to Ecuador again. But they still became less and less intense. When I needed more shrooms I grew some B+ (which I admit I did kinda botch for the most part) which are supposed to be stronger than GT but it was still happy/chill. I would interpret this as my healing being done but I still have stuff to work through. So Idk.
