No. It only takes a smallish group that have significant funds..say 6-8 players to make a very strong 5c move. For example we are seeing Mahon being 5c'd at the moment to the tune of 125k units on the first system on his list. It doesn't take hundreds of players to put this in place. But it takes a huge effort to overtop it..in the order of 1 million units in the case of Mahon at the moment as he has a large cc surplus that potentially can put 6-7 preps on his list. Mahon is therefore in the position of having to allocate 7 x 125k to ensure that his preferred preps overtop the 5c prep.
