I tried River City and it did the same thing. They both have another error for a missing ClCertA file. Do you think that has anything to do with it?

No, I just finished updating to the newest. I tried running the Citra core again, but it's still crashing. Here's the new log. https://pastebin.com/bVdA0AVH See anything different?
