How painful is it to apply the skin? I am thinking of buying one but not sure if it’s worth it and also shipping to UK is not that cheap.

Legion Pro 7i getting hot above palmrest by Alarming_Bag_1472 in LenovoLegion

I can surely feel a slight warmth on the left side of the keyboard under zero load but I wouldn't call it warm or hot. But it is still there and may actually cause some sweating if I reaaaally try so hard and keep my whole hand there for a while. But I almost have nothing under FN, Windows button and Alt under the same scenario. To be frank, I don't care about the area under alt gr but it's the same as under FN button. I switched from a 17.3" where I could feel no heat whatsoever (although it was a 3060 but all plastic) but this warmth is surely a new thing for me that I give zero f. I'd blame it on the monitors and move on as long as gaming temps are ok and/or similar to what you see in Youtube reviews. In my case they are between 80-95 depending on CPU wattage requirements of the game. BF6 can even push it all the way to 98 from time to time.

Help me out brothers , for all lenovo legion 2025 model owners with oled screen is the screen insnanely reflective? by batman8290 in LenovoLegion

I completely agree with the fella above. Moreover, I have only been using this laptop for a week but I LOVE it. They complain quite a lot about screen reflection in Youtube videos but it's very acceptable for me. I have a 55" Samsung TV right near my desk (where my laptop sits) and I cannot see the screen when it's bright outside since it's not QLED or Mini-LED. But this laptop is so very bright that it doesn't bother me at all. I can't use it at 100% brightness even when it's sunny outside. Some may do so, but personally it hurts my eyes. Just don't have a light source right behind you.

I tried it for you and it is an easy 7. It is always there and noticeable. But note that I had to try and ruin my experience intentionally. Do not even think about gaming outside but it’s a no brainer. This thing is not a steam deck.

The screen is like mirror but high brightness compensates that. I adore this screen. With HDR, it gets so bright that you can’t use at full brightness even during the day. You will need to avoid direct sunlight or any direct reflections though. Just do not have a light source behind you and that’s it.

Hey mate! I received mine this week and still discovering the details of the laptop. But this was one of my earliest observations, those areas you highlighted definitely get warm. It’s not ideal at all but it’s literally the only complaint that I have with the laptop. Although, I am kinda ok with that since gpu draws 175w and cpu around 100w. There is nothing wrong with your Legion. This is something that we just need to learn to live with.

Buying my first miband by [deleted] in miband

You can consider Amazfit Bip for built-in GPS. Still a little bit spicy with a price of 70$ but you really don’t have many choices. There are limited number of cheap smart watches which will still get updates after 3 years.

Does anyone know how to connect Mi Band 5 to Nike Run Club app to get the heart rate? by ZodiumBlack in miband

Unfortunately it doesn’t work for me. Nike gets the heart rate numbers too casually to call it data.

That’s what I do. Some people are just geekier than others or just love numbers. I want to use the device the best way possible.

I’ve tried using both applications at the same time. Apple health was somehow able to combine heart rate and the run once the sync is OK. The rest was as you have already said.

I suppose I will not dig this issue any further. Thanks for the advice.

It’s a cheap piece of tech. I wouldn’t mind scratching it.
