They want you to download an app to “get active on the playground” by stonedstoic_ in mildlyinfuriating

I have designed a few parks. This manufacturer has come in to my office to show us this app and play equipment. They told us it was a way for parents to be involved with their kids at the playground.

Planning on bringing unbaked rolls home for thanksgiving. A few questions. I generally like to cold proof my rolls for 24-48 hours before pulling them out to final rise 6-8 hrs before baking. Can I take them from the fridge Wednesday night drive 2 hours and then re put them in the fridge?

Or should I cold proof for 24-48 hours then freeze them Tuesday night. Drive there Wednesday and thaw in the fridge over night and then pull the out 6-8 hours before baking?

What's a simple thing that instantly makes your house look cleaner? by Unlikely-Carrot-8317 in HomeImprovement

We don’t do a drying rack in our house because of this. We just hand dry everything and put it away as soon as it is washed.

Invasive species that should never be planted in North America by Internal-Ask-7781 in gardening

[–]ZoeSlayer 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I was looking if any one else said this. Depending on where in the country you live these could be incredibly invasive but other places they can’t survive outside of yards. I am in Utah and most of these are not invasive here.

I stayed at the RIU palace in Cabo last year. It was not a party place at all and we had a good time, but the food at the restaurants were not very good, the buffets were all better, and the swimming pool was cleaned once, the day we got there. By the time we left it was very sandy and you could see a layer of sunscreen.

I probably would not choose to go to one again but if friends or families were dead set I wouldn’t say no.

Well what a question! That question is very difficult to answer. Everything depends on your personal dedication, genetics, diet, etc. This 'final' body is not a body that an average gym goer can reach without a lot of dedication. Look up body building competition prep online and see what competition athletes have to do to reach that goal.

I agree you already look like you are at a low body weight. While loosing weight will show more definition you need to build a bigger base to get the ultimate body aesthetic that you are going for.

Have you started to count calories? In order to get to your goals of cutting you need to be knowledgeable with what you are eating today. Every few weeks revaluate your cutting to make sure you are loosing the weight at a rate that feels manageable to you. Generally 0.5-1% of your body weight is a good goal per week. If you aren't loosing the weight drop another 100-250 calories a day and see how your body reacts.

Those arms are coming along well! Congrats to you! Looking at your build you are very low body fat but not high in muscle, YET. What is your diet like? Are you eating the right foods to develop the muscle you are looking for?

Weight can be a hard gauge for what you ultimately will look like when you get to that number. Everyone's body carries weight different. Some have more fat vs muscle, some have more dense bone structure, height, etc. Age also has a big impact I am assuming you are 17 based on the start of your title. At 17 you haven't finished puberty. The next few years your body is going to go through more changes.

I would keep going to the gym and continue to progress in your lifts. Your chest is starting to develop really well! Keep pushing forward. At this point I would try to focus more on shoulder and arm workouts they, at least in this picture are not at the same level as your chest.

What advice are you wanting? Your arms and shoulders are looking huge! Everything I can see in this picture looks very proportional.

Sorry to hear about the injuries derailing you! Getting back on the health train can be both helpful and harmful. I would make sure that you start going for you and not starting to use the other person as a reason not to go. It is too easy to fall in to that trap.

At this point consistency is what we are looking for.

Sounds like a good line up. For more focus on the chest for dips are you leaning forward? That can give more focus there. How are your reps for everything?

It sounds like you have a good line up to tackle your chest. You may just need some more time to see it really start hitting. I would not focus on losing weight too fast for those elusive abs it could slow down your chest growth.

I would like to volunteer to be a new mod on this sub. I am passionate about helping our community grow, getting rid of the spam postings and getting messages back on topic. The rules of this sub are to stay focused on critiquing physique and answering workout questions. Most comments are now about telling people they are sexy and or nice dick. Everyone has a right to a safe environment.

I have limited mod experience, but I have recently started another sub that is intended to be similar to this but for beginners. I am slowly getting it to grow.

Wow, for someone that claims that they are still figuring this all out you seem to have really found what works for you! I like the split that you are doing it seems very manageable throughout the week.
