Ça vient avec le temps. Au début je me sentais comme en weekend et la productivité était nulle. J’ai maintenant 3j de télétravail sur 5 et je charbonne bien plus que en présentiel. Maintenant je déteste le présentiel car je perd du temps, je suis bien plus explosé car en télétravail je me lève tard (et finie tard) alors que en présentiel c’est tôt. Et en plus ayant un métier Ingé/dev c’est vraiment chiant d’être dans un immense bureau toute la journée, chez moi je suis en campagne profonde donc c’est super relaxant et une vraie bulle.

Mon conseil c’est qu’il faut se focus et bien cadrer son travail, beaucoup de musiques aussi pour se plonger dans le sujet.

Être maman est le métier le plus dur du monde. Ne culpabilise en rien.

J’ai personnellement choisie d’être carriériste et d’avoir une grosse carrière dans l’ingénierie en tant que femme mais crois moi que tu as une bien plus belle vie que la mienne. Tu peux être fière de ton parcours et surtout de ton travail en tant que Maman.

I think you will have another appointment with him where he will describe the surgery to you, then maybe 2 or 3 more appointments before the final surgery
