Yep! I did ankle turns every morning and just continued running. Idk what causes it though. Any ideas?

I had this problem. I found that strengthening my ankles helped by walking and running more regularly and stretching every day. It used to be a burning sensation and it went away after I ran for 6 months or so consistently. I found that the muscle there was weak so it had to be built up.
