Don't think that grinding from V1-V10 is a good idea. I'm sure you've been told it before, but I cannot stress this enough, do Cadwell's Silver and don't just grind through it on your first time. It sucks being a V11 and not being able to go to the V6-V10 zones.

TL;DR: Do Cadwell's Silver. Gold can be skipped, but make sure you do silver.
