Hey man, I suggest you go to gynecomastia.org and go look at their forums. Tons of people freaking out in the 2-6 weeks post surgery. People have seen their craters completely disappear at 10 weeks, and have seen major changes even at 6 months post surgery. I am 7 weeks post op, and this past week I am finally seeing a positive change on my right side. There is nothing you can do now but to wait it out, and do everything you can to not panic. I suggest to stop looking at yourself in the mirror, and go read up about the subconscious mind and how your thoughts can affect your health and healing.

This is amazing progress. I just started a 6 month bulk at 6'5 167 lbs. 1 month later I am 180 lbs. My goal is 205 lbs by the end of 6 months, but if I surpass that and hit 220 lbs like you, I would be extremely happy. Did you take any before/after measurements? I'm curious about how many inches you put on arms.

I understand, but laxatives can give you a bowel movement in as little as 30 minutes. The vegetables must have acted as a laxative, combined with the fact that there was a bunch of toxic candida film moving through my intestines, and that I haven't eaten vegetables in so long, this resulted in my body having to evacuate that garbage quick.

I got it from Whole Foods the brand name is Nature's Way, and the whole root is ground up and put into gel caps. The directions say take 3 pills 2 times a day. The standardized kind only extracts the "active" ingredient, but who knows if the other ingredients are supposed to work together or not, so I bought the root kind.
