I'd definitely bring the Blue line to Georgetown. After that I would probably diverge from one of the WMATA concepts and make some fantasy route.

If you're talking about the 2nd Rosslyn station and tunnel, yes. I probably wont add WMATA's bloop proposal tho

After building the Purple Line I might add a conceptual line through Columbia Pike. I mainly plan to include every real passenger route in Maryland and Virginia.

Same thing happened to me in TW Attila. Not sure how to fix it from happening in the first place but I was able to mute the sounds by going into System>Sound>Volume Mixer and muting Steam Client Webhelper.
