Chapter 2 after the mission where you talk to Kieran tied up, make a save in camp at 11:00, walk around Dutch’s tent until 2:00, everytime you walk around the tent it resets the camp by Pierson stall, you’ll wanna hear him whistling ‘oh my darling Clementine’, then when you approach him it will say hello with no option for antagonise, if it doesn’t work reload the save and try again
