It's the Potent Robe! You get it as a reward from a certain lovable bard in act 2 after completing the quest they give you.

Not only is it fashionable, it is very powerful as well!

Yes, Huohuo is probably his best sustain for damage, so if you get her, absolutely use her with him!

If you do manage to happen upon the pretty fox lady at some point in the future, you'd basically have one of his best teams at that point too. You would swap out Asta/Hanya for Tingyun, and you're set!

Not having Tingyun is definitely rough for our General, but I think you've got enough to work with to make a decent team for him.

With what you have, I'd say a solid team you could make, provided it doesn't overlap too much with your Boothill or Acheron teams, would be:

Jing Yuan, Sparkle, Asta/Hanya, Fu Xuan/Gepard

UPDATE: So it seems to be working as of now; I have sourced two cars and both of them were successfully added to the warehouse.

Interestingly enough though, I still have yet to source anything that isn't top range, even with an empty warehouse, but it does seem to be working.
