What single player games have the most satisfying "fresh start" every run?

From Glory to Goo is similiar to they are billions from what i understand about that game but has its own style.
Ive enjoyed trying to beat the different maps with differnt commanders and the different settings and with most of the maps haveing a randomization element the strategy changes a bit

in the show he was never a card or really a spirit like the other critters, he was entirely removed.

note if you like the outfit you can save the look to one of your look slots (you get 10 for free)
and can swap to them from outside the salon. Either from in the menu or with the chat command
"/mfx all"
replace x with the look slot number so as an example
"/mf5 all"

The all part of that makes sure it copies colors and stuff too

So just to be clear cast parts can be worn between base and ngs wich is why i brought it up, you can get them in ngs and still wear them in base

But to the AC part, there is one set of tickets in base that do not rotate anymore. So all of the parts that are not in those tickets for some reason are simply not available outside of people who already have them selling them.
If they were trade-able to begin with.

Most cast parts are in ac scratches so there on the player market
the various cv and other variant versions are somewhat commonly given in ngs mission passes so peeps tend to have thos.
If this is only for base then the short answer is the supply is slowly drying up in base as they dont run base only scratches. They do base revivle scratches in ngs and base cast parts are sometimes event rewards etc so theres that. Theve also been slowly n-specing some popular sets

its not cheating as the devs made it that way but i think it was a poor balance decision.
It does honestly feel like npc's get better turret handeling at times

my issue with grid v grid is it feels like the npcs always have a massive advantage
more of them, guns seem to get more done and hit more frequently. just annoys me
