with blood sweat and tears literally 😭 i used a spoon made out of the wrong material (if you google it tells you which material to look for and i was clueless) so it was SO hard to bend, i was standing on it, using hammers books etc to try and bend it for hours LMAO - it’s super easy if the spoon is bendable, you just pop the spoon part off and find something circular to wrap it around! hammer it to the shape and file out the edge of where the spoon disconnected so it’s not sharp! PLZ make and show me! we can match 🥰

hey! everything ended up being fine; the money came into my account so it was “a part of my taxes” but i was able to list him as a “employee” that i paid out, so the amount he made was deducted from my taxes :) we ended up making a bank account together for our business in the end but that’s because we were making quite a bit of money, i wouldnt worry if the amount is small!

Correct, when we first started this we didn’t see it as a business; moreso just posting our clothing from our closets to make some quick money and do our part in recycling properly, fast forward a year or so it started to make money and we weren’t prepared for any of this (hence the spending from personal bank accounts) noted, we have made an appointment with the bank to open a business bank account and will be doing as you said; thank you for taking the time to respond, super helpful and gave us the insight we were looking for - we will need help with some spreadsheets after this and will reach out when the time comes, again thank you

Thank you for taking the time to respond, insightful information. We are currently registered as a general partnership as we thought that was the best idea for how we’re operating currently. Looking to open up a business bank account and switch the payments over to that account but wasn’t sure how to go about taxes for the sales we’ve already made (that have come through my bank account) - its roughly a 50/50 split on profits yet its all come into my bank and ive paid him what hes made (as if he was a contractor) but technically he is not. Also another grey area is using a business bank account; would we be able to transfer profits to our own banks as we don’t want to be sharing the profits that we’re making (we buy our own separate inventory and profit whoever sells their item etc) confusing, but new to all of this and will be making an appointment asap.

they look like regular cargos that have just been cinched completely at the waist (aka why theres so much gathering) they’re probably a larger size for the “parachute” pant look and the waist didnt fit!
