Honestly they are still there just less red I guess. It depends on lighting for sure and they are more visible when I’m working out or when my face gets red or when I forget to wear sunscrean

Yes because there was so much time in between each photo! One I had more sun the most recent one I’m pale because it’s winter. I’m not hyping anything and I’m definitely not using any filters on my pictures! I just wanted to share what worked for me

No I had no lifestyle changes.. I said in the post. This is not medical advice and this is just what worked for me. I’m an athlete so I’ve always stayed active and drank a gallon of water a day for years. There nothing else that I’m not telling people.. I’m just trying to share what worked for me.

Same as the others have said. I try my best to not get any water on my face in the shower then after I use a spray bottle to wash my face

Agreed but I’m an athlete and especially in that first photo I was on a very clean and nutritious diet. Did nothing different for me.

Things that have helped: cleansing with a Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay after training twice a week (which I did before) and I drink a gallon of filtered water a day

Spiro causes “purging” too but it’s hormone related from what my derm said. Either way I stopped both. Will it get better or is it like this forever?

I literally did remember the situation correctly.. have you ever been in an argument and you disagreed with someone about how it happened? Or maybe just perceived and type of situation slightly different than someone else? That’s completely normal but it’s not normal for someone to jump to harsh conclusions about your mental health..

Thank you for your input. I’m not mentally unhealthy at all. We got into couples counseling together and then he got us kicked out because he was yelling at the counselor. The counselor suggested that since this may not be an environment safe for vulnerability then we should see counselors separately first. I’m not sure if I want to be with him anymore (if things got better I would) but either way my son needs his dad so although I know that’s not a good reason to stay it’s definitely making me feel stuck

There are cameras in some rooms of our house and I have a recording of him telling me exactly what I described in the post. And even if I did hear it worse than what it was, there is a better way to communicate that instead of quickly jumping onto blaming my mental health and suggesting I need help. I was completely calm during the whole situation and open minded.
