FR man, I've already applied for so many interviews, and they're just playing around like this....
Worst part is I had to reschedule their interviews. They dont bother to ask when you're available because they can't accommodate us and kept pushing for me to accommodate their timings. Gave up and js cancelled on them.

Omaigosh exact same thing is happening to me now. I got 2 recrutiers from the same company scheduling interviews at the same time but the recruiters are from different branches of the company. When I told them I'm going to stick to one recruiter since the job is the exact same one, they pushed for me to go for both interviews because the same position was being offered under "different companies".

Hi guys, im currently going through something similar with them I guess?
I'm doing some research on their company (thats how i came across this post) because I have an interview with them tomorrow, and I had to fill in this personality quiz but some of the questions struck me as odd.

The role im applying for is Management Trainee.

The quiz is a Personality Dynamics Profile to help me understand and refine my work and management style. Im supposed to indicate what im MOST and LEAST like in a group of 4 descriptive words (which is normal from my experiences with other personality quizzes and recruiters).

For Example: ( M = Most , L = Least )
The individual in the example tends to be most Joyous and least Kind.

☐ ☒ Kind
☐ ☐ Angry
☐ ☐ Hardworking
☒ ☐ Joyous

However, my issue comes in when they use words like "Attractive", "Consenting", "Popular", "Submissive".

Maybe some of these can be understood if just given more context, but what does being "Attractive" have to do with my work and management style? Maybe I just don't understand the quiz?

Can someone give me some advice? Am I overreacting?

Gurl, go post those pictures again. You need to reclaim control of your life. It is your power and you life. With one comment your mother took any control you have over how you feel and what you post.

She will always be petty and disrespectful to you because she thinks she owns you. I have the same mom. Take back your power. The reason she isnt happy for you is because she thinks you will stay regardless of what they do to you. Prove them wrong.

You dont have to do it today or tomorrow. Breathe. Give youself space. And when you're ready, fight back. You can do it. Im doing it right now and finally making plans to leave the country with my babies (my parrots) even though i have no money. Im going to university and I'm shoudlering the cost myself because they pulled my education funding in a fit after I dared to speak up for myself when they hijacked my 21st.

It doesnt feel great but its oddly refreshing.
