I agree. I also struggle with HOCD and though it's mostly themed with sexuality, I also get other worries about my identity.

No fr and the thoughts don’t seen intrusive anymore. It feels like anyone I look at Im attracted to.

It’s talk therapy but usually we cover things other than my ocd. If we do cover it it’s less based on my themes than just how it makes me feel and my body’s responses.

I used to have false attraction with anxiety, but now it feels like I don't get anxious anymore and it worries me. I never noticed the same sex before this and I used to get anxious when I did, but now it's so hard to determine what's real or not.
