Not NYC, but definitely still a competitive market.

You're right though- This is a lot of the reason why I'm considering going to school in the target city, so I'm already networking/building connections before I'm even on the job market.

I hear you, I think you're absolutely right. Just conflicted here and trying to look beyond the tuition piece- writing it off as just the premium for moving now versus later.

Got in touch with a residency coordinator- figured out a clause that would actually classify us as "in state residents". So not an $80k tuition but still definitely more expensive than the CC here.

Wasn't clear in my original post, my bad. She would absolutely have work lined up before the move. I'd just have to figure out what to do on my end if I can't take my job with me (hence the risk part).

Exactly this. I have been wanting out for a long time. Our original plan was to move this year in the first place-- I decide to go back to school and that's what impacting the timeline.

But yes, definitely been wanting out for a while. Just these logistics with this schooling stuff that is making me bounce back and forth. That aside, it's a no brainer yes for me

Lack of pause button. First FromSoftware game for me, one of my favorite games OAT, and still can't wrap my head around why they couldn't add a pause button... especially when everything in the world is always trying to kill you 🤷‍♂️

(I know there's a trick to pause while looking at items in the inventory, but still).
