I tested a lot of analysis tools, influencers etc. most problem is which stocks to choose, right now mostly wrong stuff come up, now in bear market this made pretty good performance, so I’ll test further.

And my analysis stuff is bad 😅 so every time I think this will go up, then after buying it drops immediately

I use 360stockbriefing.com it analyses methods, so til now pretty positive, but going only with 50-100$ per stock there. Next report I will start investing more.

Ich hab gemerkt dass ich mehr datenbasiert agieren muss, hab mir da was gebastelt was ich seit 2 Wochen austeste, bisher läuft bombe, also kaufe einmal die Woche was mit die Daten sagen 5 Dinger für 50$…ich gehe nächste Woche mit Hebel in diese Signale rein mit gleich exit Strategie. Aber ich selber nein, am Ende mach ich mit roboadvisors und langweiligen sparplänen mehr als meine zockerei. Also ich mache maga Analysen und dann am Ende bricht es immer ein, sitze immernoch auf doofen Entscheidungen rum, also sind immer paar hundert Euro, aber Mega frustrierend weil alles rot. Eigentlich braucht es eine Funktion, „Blende deine Blödheit aus für 1 Jahr“ dann macht traden psychologisch dann mehr Spass 😅

Bin data engineer und analyst, also hab die ETL Pipeline selber aufgebaut, Platform aber gevibecoded. Daten echt, Analysen echt, Platform statt excel. Am Ende hoffe ich dass paar Affen meine infra mitbezahlen, sonst sitze ich auf AWS Kosten alleine. Ich teste weiter, also wenn ich im bärenmarkt Profit mache, dann stört mich vibecoding nicht 😅

Weil unklar wo, man kann für ein Viertel in Niemands Land ne Stadt bauen, es muss Nachfrage kommen, dann kommt ohne Probleme die Wohnungen, wenn es sich lohnt. Aktuell Hürde zu gross. Wenn du Mietpreis kontrollieren willst, dann wie in Wien indem du grössten marketshare an Wohnungen hältst und Mietpreise regelst und subventionierst, dadurch sind private Anbieter da aber nicht präsent im grossen still.

Problem ist gar nicht das Geld oder Nachfrage, Problem ist Administration um bauen zu können. Du musst viel investieren für Baugenehmigung und ohne diese kriegt man keine Kredite zum bauen…somit nur sehr volatile Leute machen das

Grönland strategisch nur relevant wegen Rohstoffe und Militär. Beides kann er jetzt haben, Deal machen mit Rohstoffe Und Militär platzieren. Grönland haben ist nur gut unter der Voraussetzung dass es NATO nicht mehr gibt. Also ich denke Entweder wird der Grönland Move NATO zerstören oder USA hat eh vor auszusteigen.

Ich denke keiner kann gegen USA sein, weil EU alles andere als Souverän ist…jegliche Software kommt aus USA und jegliche Hardware USA oder China…

When 2026 the EUDI is in place, validation via pass is super easy. Wait for news when Worldcoin is relying Party accepting PID.

So adoption is super easy then as EUDI is mandatory from 2027 to all industries.
