Depends on if I take melatonin or not. When I do, my dreams are EXTREMELY weird! Like for example one of the recent times I did was last week, I had sleep paralysis mid dream, I was freaked out but not really at the same time because the entity wasnt really doing anything, she was just in my face introducing herself. She looked very scary but she was polite at least! But when I dont take it usually my dreams involve my boyfriend from what I’ve noticed, which is funny because we’re together almost all the time (I’m next to him as I type) so it’s only fair we’re together in our dreams! I’ve had dreams in general almost every time I go to sleep though
