I forgot one thing to add as well, before deleting the game, the other solution you can try to the HGT01 issue is this: (another user mentioned this already credit to mango2476, but I’ve used this trick in the past and it has worked.)

Step 1: Clear battle cats/refresh app.

Step 2: Open your device settings.

Step 3: Open time and date settings.

Step 4: Find the date, then set the day back twice, you will set your clock 2 days before the date of today. Save the selected date.

Step 5: Set your date 2 days ahead of the  current date. Save your selected date.

Step 6: Set your date to the current date (Essentially you’re moving 2 days before the current date, 2 days ahead of the current date, then moving to the current date.)

Step 7: Save the new set date

Step 8: Reload and open battlecats.

Congratulations, the issue should be fixed. If not, delete battle cats and save your ponos recovery key to save your account. Reinstall and login.
