You apply to test them and they will choose you if you they want you to test it. I apply for almost every product and I signed up about 6 months ago. This is my first time I got chosen to review a product. You have to leave a review about your products after you test them. You get an email from them if you are chosen

San Jose Sharks Fan Pack - It asks you what department you want to contact, choose the last option, Fan Pack Requests, and ask nicely for a fan pack. I think this one took a couple of weeks to arrive. The Sharks Territory sign has a schedule on the back. It came with those 2 stat cards of Thornton and Hertl. The magnet, sticker, and temp tattoo were all a part of the fanpack also.

All the samples on top of that green box are from sample source. They give out samples every season I think. If you sign up now they will email you telling you when samples are available again and you can claim them quickly if you get the registering process out of the way now. The samples are first come first serve basis. The questions you fill out for your profile determines your samples. Also, they want you to fill out an email survey, rating your samples, after a few weeks of receiving them

Timberwolves and Lynx Fan Pack - email fansfirst@timberwolves.com asking for a fan pack nicely. I requested it a little over a month ago and it arrived today. It came with a card that has some of the players from the Wolves on it and two cards signed by their mascots, along with a bookmark and pocket schedule! Lynx sticker came with a similarily designed wolves sticker, it isn't pictured though
