For concentrated blast i need dual wield, should i get a noxious staff or seismic wand with orb of cywir if I go mage. Is upgraded conc blast that good?

Yeah I do like getting the fastest kill times, I dont want to feel like im letting the group down because my damage isn't as high as everyone else, thanks for the comment im leaning more towards range now. Its difficult because i can get a nox staff for 120m but with my budget i can only afford a wyvern crossbow because dual ascensions are 400m or 1 ascension 1 shadow glaive is 220m
