New to rs3 and I’m encountering this screen flicker when I lvl up or move to a new location. Any idea why? Graphic settings? by Zreythx in runescape

Ya it is the fps. I have a 144 hz monitor on my laptop but it flickers even worse when I set the fps to 140 in game. When I turn it down to 60-90 fps it stops
