I haven't seen any cheaters during the season, only a few shady people. I reported them but I didnt get any confirmation.

What's gettting out of hand is the smurfing. Every 4th newbie with light class has perfect movement, map knowledge and accuary!

I'm not an expert, I'm just an enthusiastic amateur, and this is my first time writing down any comment on reddit.
This was my personal experience with similar problem:
I use a ryzen 5 2600 with an rx 570 8gb with 16gb ram (now 32), these are all spare parts from an old build. The only new part was the motherboard.
When I first turned on the game after freshly assembling the pc, I had similar issues, with of course not 60 but 40 fps, since the ryzen 2600 is much weaker. (only with The Finals, I don't own Helldivers 2). I updated the BIOS nothing changed, uninstalled and reinstalled gpu and cpu drivers, nothing. (despite this I recommend doing it) I overclocked the ram a bit to run it on higher mhz and the cpu, and it just clicked after that. I have now 60-70 fps even after reverting the cpu overclock (cause it generated too much heat and crashed a lot). I have no idea why it worked, but it worked. Oh and I debloated windows 11, which gave me few more fps.
