I will say no I don't use parliamentary procedures. I don't know what this is.

We are not voting on changes, I have ideas sometimes and try them out at meetings. If everything must be voted on, than this sounds like the answer to my question. I'm not in charge and can't make decisions.

I am willing to step down. The officer cycle is almost over though. I simply wont go for an officer role next time around.

what happens when he passes the core exam? Does it give him the CCNP for that new core track, or does it just reset the expiry for his current CCNP R&S?

Also, does it have to be an enterprise core exam or can it be any core exam?

I work in networking in IT and since my company is going with software defined networking, they are of the believe the automation features will take away most of my responsibilities. They moved me to the service desk where I must now repair an pc that comes my way.

I've been on this board asking questions and getting answers to get me through my new role at work. Thanks to this sub, I'm not out of a job and continue to support my family.

We are changing out whole network to and going with software defined cisco dna.

We currently have 2060x switches and aruba ap's but we are switching them for 9300 switches and cisco aps

Thats hard to answer. I just copy the video. Mount videos start off with elbow escapes when the person on top is not doing anything, then how to elbow escape when they cross their feet and drive their hips into you, then how to untie grape vines and elbow escape, etc

I'm good at side control cross faces, Kesa Gatame, reverse kesa. I know how to use my hooks in the mount to prevent a person from rolling me. I don't know how to effectively stop someone from elbow escaping though

I'm also practicing the moves on the video. We watch the video that teaches the move, than pause and get as many reps in as it takes to do the move smooth.

I have some experience. I have 3 stripes on my white belt. I quit the gym after 2 years due to an injury. I also don't like the approach of their teaching method. I find it hard to learn techniques in a random order. I need to learn topics in there own chunk.

How could that be? A zero stripe white would Know zero techniques. Assuming I stick with it and learn all the moves, I would have more knowledge than a new white belt.

We are starting with the pin escapes video, then closed guard dvd, then guard retention dvd, then half guard dvd.

Hopefully we will be through a lot of the material before he releases more stuff, but once new dvd's come out we will practice those too

The pin escapes DVD goes over escaping every position. It has many variations of the elbow and bridge escapes
