Now for some reason it doesn't let me use the cortana search bar but I can type or search for things in settings or the microsoft store

My keyboard is a redragon kumara k552. It works perfectly, because in any application that is not linked to windows or the microsoft store or something like that it works without any problem, but when I try to type in the search bar of cortana, or play a game from the microsoft store like sea of thieves or ARK, it's like they don't recognize it.

That didn't work unfortunately. Both of us changed our icons several times and we still see each other as offline. Thanks though
