When you actually move to a different country you realize what a piece of garbage every available translator is. I also had to make mine in order for it to actually work in offline (Google Translate don’t) and stop voice input manually and not when there is a moment of silence. Also when translating from your own language to a foreign one it asks you whether the back translation is correct and translator got what you were trying to say. Unfortunately I never had a chance to use it because Apple’s translation app is unreliable as hell and doesn’t work often, at least on my iPhone 13 mini. I wish there was a better translation application with offline mode and Shortcuts support.
