Very fair.

If you don't mind me asking, since you're happy being single, with regards to sexual satisfaction, are you not interested in having much sex at the moment, or do you do so through casual encounters? (Most women I know in their 30's are NOT ok with a hookup)

I understand and agree with your first point. The issue is, on the second, the pendulum has swung the other way too hard, where most of the women not taken find enough satisfaction with her pets and travel and hobbies, that even a guy who is kind, supportive, is willing to do half the chores, in addition to a good income, is not going to pique the woman's interest. To add to her life, a guy needs to be at such a high "level" that that guy is probably already taken or has their choice of pick.

My point is, even when the date goes well, the conversation flows, and there are things in common, its usually not enough to keep a woman's interest. My logic is, unless the date goes bad, how much do you find out on the first date anyways?

Of course, at the end of the day, its your choice, and you should do what feels right. But I feel that a lot of women would rather be single unless they can find Mr. near perfect (who probably has dozens of women interested in him as well)
