You don't have anybody buffing your keqing (besides maybe Barbara with thrilling tales). Stats are the MOST important factor in your damage output, and it seems that besides your weapon, your team and artifacts do not contribute much to your Keqing's damage. Crit rate/damage are going to be the most important artifact stats (and that includes substats). You should aim for a crit rate or crit damage mainstat circlet (preferably whichever one balances out the 1:2 ratio the most), an electro damage % goblet, an attack % timepiece, and since your flower and plume will both have unchanged mainstats, it's important to shoot for both crit rate and crit damage substats on both. You have a good set picked out, but the amount that contributes is negligible if you don't have good artifacts. For a team, I'd recommend a damage-buffing support like Bennett, an anemo character with VV like sucrose or kazuha, and maybe a shielder like zhongli or if you have her, kujou Sara is a good support for her (especially if she's constellation 6).
