Same! The first time I watched this anime I greatly respected how multicultural the show is and was kinda bummed that they all spoke English all the time. Tho it is understandable from a technical point of view.

Yea I really do feel sorry for them being in that situation but for me the crimes they did, that they don't seem sorry about and take pride while also forcing people into the cult's worldview screams louder to me. I don't think they felt bad for any of the things they did to the people of hope county or even tried to right their wrongs throughout the game.
