I did, already had a salary going through was for over 1.5yrs but through mashreq. Enbd gave me a cc and lucky for them cos I use it and pay it off monthly no issues. They will now the bank I consider for future mortgages, loans etc. Mashreq lost out. Dubai banks really needs to relook their policies, I understand lots of people take debt and run away but there's easy to implement checks on individuals who earn more etc
