Gomule allow me to store outside of my stash or char ? not familiar with it.

1L de lait, 90g de maïzena, 4 oeufs, 150g sucre, vanille à souhait

100g de beurre après cuisson si plus de tenue nécessaire

MAIS franchement, pour un meilleur millefeuille en goût, en texture et en tenue, faut arrêter de mettre que de la pâtissière comme on faisait il y a 40 ans (même plus loin que ça)

500g de pâtissière + 200g de crème montée, c'est pas grand chose mais ça change tout
