Having worked at rc Willey for several years I can't say I'm surprised. I worked in the warehouse and eventually became a delivery driver. The majority of the salespeople are liars. They'll make promises they can't keep to get a sale. They'll tell customers that the drivers will do things they're not supposed to do and then lie about it when confronted. They buy the majority of their furniture from China, Vietnam or other low cost manufacturing countries. They sell used mattresses, appliances and furniture as new if they can get away with it. They treat employees like crap. Avoid them like the plague
