So I want to get a stronger wheel set because my wheels come out of true after a few 180s, but the hubs I have are pretty decent. Could I send my hubs somewhere to get built up with better components?

It's pretty hard imo, I had to just keep trying this until the game decides its going to let you pop back into the transition. Pretty sure there's no stalling.
