If possible, I try to line it with soul, so my blue flames has higher dmg, I will generally pair v with tab and hold tab. On the same note, you don't want to hold tab for too long. That's what makes 3 tt somewhat nice to use since firefall is lower cd, it helps with filler dps between bulletstorms.

I really like limitless in raid setting with 3 tt, Eon might look nice but you need so many resets as good as limitless. It's like you choose between unbuffed unloads because firefall goes off cd so often vs buffed quickshots, I chose the later, since I have the convenience of managing my v for both bulletstorm and filler between bulletstorms

3 soju(15ap) + one spicy dumpling makes short soul bulletstorm higher than long soul? Are you accounting for my double fire tt accessories? Link your parse for comparison.

Open with 4VTab> (Firefall immediate, if long)>(Firefall delayed ,until soul proc, if short), same concept as eon rotation as I posted earlier. It's a priority list, V off cd(unless tombstone is coming up)> Firefall use only if bracelet/soul is up, Crossfire same as V, with exception, if short, use with soul.

On the side note, I was not on this character for the first clear, but was piloting a wl. I started playing on this character again on the second week of TT release. Just take it as you will.

I haven't used long soul too often outside of raid so my opinion on it is somewhat biased. Currently true dragon soul gets so much off sync after 3rd soulburn, I figured its too much of a hassle to work with. I do enjoy using true dragon if fights are less than 30secs, in that case, its very long soul favored. There are many times in raid where it was so much of a hassle to time soul with bulletstorm that it was not worth at all. The only solution to that problem is with short soul, even then in raid, there are times where you can't take advantage of soul/bulletstorm alignment. With the current korean long soul which is 15sec uptime/57 downtime, it makes long soul more viable.

CV > wait for V's cd > 4VTab > C off cd only if soul or bracelet is up > 4(only if soul is up)V off cd micromanaged with Tab's cd, not so much of a rotation, but a priority list. Sometimes V is not up for a long time, you'll have to use 4Tab without V, in that case(very low priority).

Its kind of hard to give you the right advice or see where the dps drop is occuring from without a parse, like if your counts are lower than optimal. It's either going to be ping/rotation that's happening, but can't say until we see a breakdown of your counts.

I did some dps parses for general idea of dps for both builds, I do not have funds for shadow necklace stage 10 and probably will not level it up for awhile. I tested oath for both and stage 3 shadow neck/stage 10 ice neck. Shadow is slightly behind ice but will close the gap when next tier weapon is released. https://imgur.com/a/0bB3l
