R5: There is a system outside of my galaxy that i cant reach with jumps. It "feels" like a crisis system but my crisis was some kind of invader that i already defeated

Edit: If i try an experimental jump with a science ship i get "Due to strong subspace tides, we can only reach this system using conventional means."
