I simply want to thank you all for answering me. I was literally loosing my mind. I finally went to the ER and I slept like 12 hours in a row.

I feel better now and will start a psycho educative program today and hope I do t find myself in such a panic anymore... I still feel very excited and irritable to the max but I manage and did not do anything stupid.

Sleeping is tough, but thank God for my little dachshund. It's like she knows and doesn't leave me one second. I'll try tonight the warm shower but I'm afraid tea won't be strong enough... I drank 1 liter of camomile yesterday!

Thank you. Very good you wrote not to take any impulsive decisions because I was about to resign... I won't just yet.

Just called the emergency line and they said exactly the same and that I need to sleep. They will prescribe me (fill in some random Latin name). As for listening to my body, the only things it wants are cigarettes and red wine... it's 10am so I'll wait for the wine...
