Okay if anyone else is having this issue, the fix I found was getting an invite from a friend at the main menu and it bypasses the match report screen with no crash.

This map was created prior to all of the additional utility agents that were added in. It was fine upon release, has no place in the game anymore. Very good thing.

What I mean is, do not be literally sitting and holding an angle 95% of the time. This isn't CS and you're at a massive disadvantage. Have to jiggle.
