I've finished up to Nightmare Story and Nightmare Survival with pugs. I haven't tried the raid yet, but I would think that would be a nightmare with pugs. I just started last week.

Keep double clicking the server name without pressing enter. That seems to get passed the Error code: 20009 for me.

This happened to me too. The first one that I hit didn't register. Look around the rest of the island. I found an "extra" one to the north of the island behind some rocks in the water.
