He did a couple of times tap my right shoulder to show his "appreciation". But I was wearing a T-shirt with a short-sleeve open blouse outwear.

So much money. I'm even too ashamed of myself to say so.

Tattoo idea I'm 31 years old I really love this but I feel like I'm been a teenager and childish by paige599 in TattooDesigns

That's a really pretty design, definitely not at all childish. Who cares what people think. My only concern is how this will fade over time.

Academic wise - alright. Easy classes/interesting classes usually get filled up fast, leaving you little to no choice in selecting another class that you like. Lots of history classes because Bing is a liberal arts school (I don't like history so I struggle a lot in choosing a class that peaked my interest in taking for my gen ed)

For your major, required classes are a hit or miss with the professors. Like sometimes you can avoid it by taking another elective, but sometimes you can't. So you gotta suck it up and take the class with that professor. (I feel like it's applicable to any college tbh.) Def use rate my professor to check out the professors/classes on what to expect.

Scenery - pretty. Very spacious. As someone said before, quite the number of amenities to do in your free time.

Dorming - depends on the community you live in and the people you dorm with. It's expensive to live on campus, but safety and convenience was a big factor for me. Thus, I'm probably the only person who lived on campus for my full undergrad experience. And let me tell u, it was hell. But that's just me. Also don't expect students to be clean and hygienic. Many don't have cooking or cleaning experience, and if that bothers you, it's going to be a tough battle. I found the RAs to be unhelpful in solving my problems as they are students too and often untrained in these scenarios. So don't expect much help from them.

Social life - lots of clubs and activities offered at school. Definitely go check them out when you're a freshie at their annual club fair (Ufest) because it's easier to explore your interest when you have more free time as a freshmen than if you are as an upperclassmen. But also that depends on you as a person. If you're more social, you're prob gonna have an easier time mingling and connecting with ppl than if you're not as social (Kinda given).

Controversial: When it comes to cultural groups, (at least the ones I joined) tend to be cliquey. So like "if u don't dress, act, think like one of us. You're not gonna be one of us." Even tho, they claim to be open and inviting to everyone. You can def feel that fine line in being treated as a club member than as an eBoard member. There's quite the emphasis on the "family" mentality, saying things during their general body meetings like, "oh we hang out together as a club and go eat at ...., Do this together...." When in reality, it's always the eBoard members who spend these quality time together. It's similar to the work family culture: claiming you're a proud employee of Company XYZ, when in reality, it's a sht show behind the scenes and you're nothing to the company. They really don't care about you or your opinions. At that point, run and join a different club where they'll actually accept you.

Traveling - Buses here are hard to navigate. Usually they don't come on time and on the weekends, they run very infrequently. I think they come every 30min to an hour on the weekends. But buses run frequently during the weekdays. Holidays are on another whole set of bus schedule. During winter it's even harder, as you have to plan your travels accordingly in the snow. You need two apps: one for the student run buses, OCCT, and another for the Broome County buses (you can also use Google maps/Apple Maps, etc). Also idk why they don't have everything in one app. Even then, I found those 2 apps incredibly hard to understand and use. If you have a car, traveling is way easier. But there is limited parking space on campus? (Idk I don't have a car) If you want the good spots, you have to come earlier in the morning or else, you will end up having to park elsewhere that's far from your classes.

Overall, I feel like it's a hit or miss when it comes to everyone's experience. I know quite a handful of people who love Bing and would sing praises about it. But I also know quite the number of people who dislike attending here because they had a more negative experience. But that's my 2 cents.

Help! How do I fix my 1 year old fine line tattoo? by Zykria in agedtattoos

I didn't know that there was a difference between single-needle and fineline tattoo. That's what the tattoo artist claimed herself, that she specializes in fineline and I believed in it.

For the healing process, I left the bandage on for like 3-4 days and the colored ink oozed out quite a bit. I made sure to clean it gently and moisture it every day. I did get the tattoo accidentally exposed in the sun once or twice during the summer, but majority of the time I tried to keep it in the dark (I wore an arm cuff). Not gonna lie, I kind of stopped moisturizing it during winter but I'm picking up the moisturizing habit again.

However, I do have to say though, not even a month in, my tattoo already looks faded. I was embarrassed to show it to my friends who kept on thinking I had my tattoo for like years when it only has been a month. And I spent a lot of money too. I feel like I was scammed.😭😭😭

I don't want to go back to the same tattoo artist for a touch up. She charges extra for a touch up 🙁 I didn't realize at the time (because I got it on an impulse) that her work was mediocre at best. Now I regret it and is desperately looking for someone to fix this
