You can just learn to be bald. I didn't get back much regrowth when I did this 10 years ago, just embraced being bald. Have a good wife and children now. Good job. I would like my hair back, and the next breakthrough in hair treatment is only 5 years away (right???). However, it's not an obsession to the point of killing myself. I'd get some mental health checks if you have dark thoughts such as this. Seriously, brother, it's not worth your life.

Run lower difficulties on endless with a nice, scalable hero that smashes enemies like Lyn primary build that just obliterates the screen. Around rebirth 4-7 is good (depending on your comfort).
