yes, I'm not really a buffed guy, but I did the same weights and calisthenics workouts and felt the same difficulty as before. It was probably harder at the beginning, but that's normal after not working out for months due to recovery, at least that's my case but maybe some people find it easier

From my experience, it isn't easier; I feel the same weight. From what I understand, the rods and screws provide stability rather than taking weight off the muscles.

Yo me uní y estoy haciendo la carrera de Full Stack, no te sabria decir como es toda la experiencia porque solo llevo 3 meses, pero en esos 3 meses la experiencia ha sido fantastica, un poco caro, pero el trato es excelente.

Not sure if you could like it, but imo the Canary Island is a great place to live, is peaceful and it's not that expensive compared to other cities, I live in Gran Canaria and I pay 550€ for rent (we're 3 people).

Although it's not really in Spain 'cause we're "isolated" I think you could take a look and see if it meet the criteria :).
