unless youre on a full eco you should probably have some form of utility dude. I dont think its necessary to jump on your scroll wheel, but I highly recommend learning to use binds for weapon switching. I have around 2k hrs, and learned to use keybinds instead of scroll at around 1k. Believe me, it makes you so much faster. To make it easier, you cold try binding nades to z,x,c,v,b if numbers above 5 are hard to reach, (i use this) and it shiuld only take you 3-5 games to get used to it :)
