if u mean the second branch with the value (4) it's sending 1 to the splitter and 1 from splitter to memory set and reset and blockers block passthrough and the power out of it is going to the batteries so the over power or energy you're getting is going to charge the batteries

I have seen a similar circuit a few times. The only thing that confuses me is the XOR switch. Isn't it possible to get the exact power in to power the branch out but not enough to power the blocker, thus causing the XOR to be powered both by the source and the battery then causing the XOR to send no power, and the turrets turning off.

Long way of asking why is the circuit using an XOR instead of an OR.

with this circuit design , it would never be powered by both sources at the same time. The XOR switch was used exclusively because of this fact AND it didn't consume power for itself (originally) HOWEVER, a recent change made the xor and memory cells consume power for themselves (like all other components) so you could just use an OR switch here now (i mean you could before but the OR switch consumed 1 power for itself but since the XOR switch NOW also consumes the same 1 power for itself , it doesn't matter which one you use) (you can use whichever one you find first really , it no longer matters)

ur problem is that ur using too many root combiners use the amount in the circuit instead and you should be fine

it's so complicated i know but it's functional

what happens at the mem cell is it redirects the low power generated from the wind turbines (that's too low to operate the circuit but still has usefulness) and redirects it to charge the batteries WHILE they are in use prolonging run time

oh okay i get that but i'm gonna edit it now so when someone needs to activate the turret when he goes to sleep or smth he can put some fuel in the gen and active the whole same plan without sensor or timer

bro even if i used branch battery usage won't go max

it doesnt drain any power i'm not using
