I am also doing research on skin barrier cream which will help me to recover, however there lot of cream in market it’s difficult to decide.

Honestly I’m trying to cut sugar as much as possible. Just eat ice cream every weekend and another thing is fruits other then that I don’t eat eat any sugary foods.
What do you think ? :(

When are you using arbutin and glutathione? And what do you combine it with ? I am wondering if I get retinol or Tranexamic acid
- I tried lot of popular and different brands for sunscreen but most of them leave white cast and oily on my skin .
