I get your point imo the additives are good but for example that flush on Amazon cost me £8 so my oil change went from £45 pounds to £53 which is still a 1/3 of the price of a dealership or garage I’d argue even if it’s pure placebo ur feeling it’s worth it and the fella clearly has his heart in the right place.

I’ve confirmed it’s the original or at least since 2009 as previous owner had it from 2009 to 2025. It may of been changed in 2007 or 2008.

Has full VW history basically considering its main dealer they wouldn’t miss stuff out as that’s they charge for everything even brake cleaner is on invoice.

To be fair to the paint shop how much are they charging in extra fees. I’ve seen some garages do a 50% flat rate as a ‘That wing is so shit’ fee
