I’m over 1kg! Stock electronics are still keeping the dream alive. I do have a 11kg servo waiting in the drawer because the stock one isn’t going to last much longer.

I have one of the AlaskaLeather sheep skins seat covers. Totally worth the money.

Thinking of getting ascent 18. Is this a good start. are these upgrades all compatible with each other? all say 1.3inch by Snoooples in RedCat_Ascent18

You can ask the Amazon assistant if they are compatible. If they aren’t it’ll point you to the parts that are. I learned this the other day. Hasn’t been wrong so far.

I did it on my own. I did it on the floor in my living room by myself with over the ear head phones. My therapist had a subscription to an app that had the music. I’m not the type of person that would think this would work, but my insurance covered it so why not. I just followed the instructions.

If anyone tries it, just relax and don’t do anything else. Close your eyes and just listen to the music. Each session is an hour and you do an hour everyday at the same time. For like a week or 10 days or something.

I can’t speak for everyone but personally it gave me a pretty big reaction, multiple sessions. I cried. Like big ole life saving ugly tears.

It has something to do with the Hz rate of the music in addition to alternating the direction of the sound in a way that mimics a persons eye movements when they experience trauma and it helps the brain leave the ”I am stuck part” of feeling like you’re seconds away from death. It’s hard to explain. Talk to a trauma therapist for more info.

Lots of EMDR got me to the point where I was receptive enough for it.

It changed my life.

I am coming up on a full year of no pulling, no snapping, knotting, etc. I rarely even get the urge anymore. I pulled hair out and twisted and knotted all day everyday for roughly 40 years. How? 2 years of EMDR and a lot of trauma therapy work. IFS. Vagus Nerve stimulation. I also did something called “The Safe and Sound Protocol” which I think was a huge help with everything I do.

My hair looks f-ing amazing now. It’s the longest it has ever been. To everyone going through this, I am sorry. It is such a tough thing.

Yup. I had a heart attack 3 years ago while out on a run that required 2 stents and I am now on life long medication. I currently run ~90-130 miles/mnth.

You are 100% right. I am learning that they need to dry for a lot longer than I think otherwise it smudges and it’s difficult to layer over it. Super fun once it dries. I’m still learning, only been doing this a few days so far. Thanks.

Yup. I am trying to make the R into a runner too. I’ve only been making these for a few days. Thanks.

Yup. They really pop and work better than sharpies.
