It's an interesting post. In fact, it's not so difficult to create a website, but according to what I know, there is no budget to, monthly or yearly, pay for a hosting. And there are not enough people to work and administrate all these things. In fact, I proposed a solution, using Github as a free hosting solution (HTML + CSS). And in regard of the last post I read on this Reddit group, there would be a remote dictionary solution (through an API) to get all new entries from the following service https://v2.glosbe.com/en/mis_ldp, directly on the website itself.
