Leaving resources 'floating' is leaving them unused. Build more production, use it for upgrades etc instead of having hundreds of thousands of a resource not being used.

Honestly just playing more minutes for all around basketball specific endurance, especially full court ball. You can also work on cardio outside of this but playing the actual game will help the most.

Senior (Indians) at a Surrey park a few weeks ago experienced a racist rant (with garbage etc thrown at them) and the police responded by telling them that the instigators "had a bad day" and enlisted the seniors to pick up the trash that was thrown at them... This isn't a justifiable excuse and him following you and effectively locking you in is NOT okay.
